Job Description

Swiss Re is looking for Cloud Services App Support Engineer I to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and troubleshoot cloud services applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
Develop and implement solutions to enhance application performance and reliability.
Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades of cloud services infrastructure.
Analyze logs and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of cloud services architecture and design principles.
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
