Project Role : Cloud Operations Engineer Project Role Description : Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications through cross-technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), scripting, and monitoring automation execution. Manage incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests. Manage rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation. Must have skills : Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications through cross-technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), scripting, and monitoring automation execution. You will manage incidents with a focus on service restoration and act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents/requests. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Manage the deployment, configuration, and administration of cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications Automate monitoring and scripting tasks to ensure efficient execution Handle incidents and prioritize service restoration Support compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents/requests Oversee the rollout of patches and manage release management schedule and implementation Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure administration Experience in scripting and automation execution Knowledge of OS, databases, and virtual networks Familiarity with incident management and service restoration Ability to manage patch rollout and release management Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager This position is based at our Coimbatore office A 15 years full time education is required Qualifications 15 years full time education
