Role Overview: We are seeking a Cloud Operations Lead with deep technical expertise in AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms to lead day-to-day managed services operations. The candidate should have strong experience in supporting, operating, and improving cloud environments with a hands-on approach to team guidance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and guide the cloud operations team in delivering L2 to L3 support across AWS and Azure. Manage daily operations for cloud infrastructure services (AWS, Azure). Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvements for service delivery. Guide the team on incident resolution, RCA, automation, and performance tuning. Ensure adherence to cloud security, compliance, backup, and cost governance practices. Track daily operations and review/support team on tickets. Drive continuous improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality services. Handle escalations, lead critical incident resolution, and drive RCA documentation. Required Skills: Strong hands-on knowledge in: AWS (COMPUTE, STORAGE, NETWORK, SECURITY, GOVERNANCE) Azure (COMPUTE, STORAGE, NETWORK, SECURITY, GOVERNANCE) Cloud monitoring and cost optimization. Proficiency in automation using Terraform and ansible. ITSM Technologies (JIRA, ServiceNow) awareness and usage. Good understanding of ITIL-based operations and service delivery.
