Advanced Engineer Devops - GCP

You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing infrastructure using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, IAM, and VPC networking. Additionally, you will manage and optimize Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) clusters for containerized workloads, build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, integrate security and compliance checks into the deployment lifecycle, orchestrate and automate data workflows using GCP Composer, support GCP Dataflow pipelines, integrate with BigQuery, develop and deploy Cloud Functions, manage Cloud Storage buckets, and implement observability solutions using Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging. - Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure using GCP services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, IAM, and VPC networking. - Manage and optimize GKE clusters for containerized workloads, including autoscaling, monitoring, and security configurations. - Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins for automated testing, deployment, and rollback strategies. - Integrate security and compliance checks into the deployment lifecycle (DevSecOps). - Orchestrate and automate data workflows using GCP Composer (Apache Airflow). - Support GCP Dataflow pipelines for real-time and batch data processing. - Integrate with BigQuery for data warehousing and analytics use cases. - Develop and deploy Cloud Functions for event-driven automation and microservices. - Manage Cloud Storage buckets, lifecycle policies, and access controls for secure and efficient data storage. - Implement observability solutions using Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, and third-party tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana). - Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and post-mortem analysis to improve system reliability. - Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps/Cloud Engineer role. - Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and architecture, including GKE, CI/CD tools, scripting languages like Python and Bash, GCP Composer, GCP Dataflow, and BigQuery. - Good-to-have skills include knowledge of DevOps practices, monitoring and alerting tools, data governance, cost optimization, compliance in cloud environments, exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architectures, understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Bicep, or Pulumi.,
