Key Responsibilities: Continuous Monitoring: Provide 24/7/365 monitoring of cloud infrastructure to ensure operational integrity and performance. Alert Management: Monitor, acknowledge, and respond to all system alerts in a timely manner. Incident Investigation: Investigate incidents using existing runbooks to identify root causes and implement solutions. Prompt Incident Response: Ensure rapid detection and response to incidents to minimize downtime and impact. Service Availability: Maintain high service availability and performance to meet organizational standards and SLAs. Collaboration and Escalation: Escalate incidents when necessary and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues efficiently. Runbook Enhancement: Continuously update and improve existing runbooks to enhance incident response processes. Qualifications: Proven experience in cloud infrastructure monitoring (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar). Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or similar). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow runbooks for incident investigation. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a 24/7/365 shift-based environment. Experience in maintaining and updating technical documentation, such as runbooks. Knowledge of ITIL processes or incident management frameworks is a plus. Preferred Skills: Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator). Experience with automation tools for incident response (e.g., PagerDuty, ServiceNow). Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure components (compute, storage, networking)
