Job Description

Business Insight Analyst Finance Domain Role & responsibilities Work with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and define analytical requirements. Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyse large datasets. Translate data insights into meaningful business recommendations. Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data-driven reports, metrics, and KPIs . Create dashboards and visualizations (preferably Tableau) to track business performance. Support data validation, data governance, and process automation initiatives. Work with data engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and ensure data integrity. Present findings to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and concise manner. Pricing analytics to help develop key insights on Capex and Opex pricing Build Insights driven dashboards that would enable data backed decisions for our stakeholders and be an expert in advising on key data insights that needs to be actioned upon Preferred candidate profile 5 to 7 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related field . Strong SQL skills ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, and work with large datasets. Intermediate tableau working experience Experience working with relational databases (Eg: Snowflake,). Domain expertise in one of the fields Finance, Customer or Product Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Go to market strategy, Marketing analytics
