You will be part of a dynamic team that is constantly evolving and improving their expertise to assist clients in navigating a rapidly changing world. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work collaboratively with a team of Application Engineers across different regions to deliver high-quality services - Collaborate with development partners to shape the architecture, design, and implementations of systems to enhance reliability, performance, and scalability - Monitor key services and respond to alerts promptly - Automate deployment and configuration processes - Develop tools and frameworks to enhance system reliability - Participate in on-call rotations for critical systems and lead incident response activities - Drive efficiencies in systems and processes such as capacity planning, configuration management, performance tuning, and root cause analysis - Provide expertise in infrastructure and best practices to support development teams effectively - Lead capacity planning efforts to anticipate and prepare for growth **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in handling Windows/Linux server environments, including deployment, migrations, upgrades, patch management, access management, application support, and disaster recovery - Proficiency in designing Azure foundational elements like VNET, Blob storage, instances, functions, and networking - Familiarity with Azure Disk, Azure Resource Monitoring, Azure Automation, Runbook, and Azure Backup and Restoration - Troubleshooting skills related to Azure Virtual Network Gateway and ExpressRoute - Knowledge of cost management, billing, resource utilization, and availability-set in Azure - Ability to create architecture diagrams and demonstrate Azure features - Experience in administering and providing operational support for Azure environments - Strong understanding of ITIL processes for incident management, problem management, configuration management, and change management **Additional Company Details:** Rapid Circle is a rapidly growing organization that values freedom, entrepreneurship, and personal development.
