Role Summary

Cloud Engineer (L2/L3)

Key Responsibilities

Provide
L2/L3 level support
for cloud infrastructure across
Azure and AWS
.
Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot
cloud-based and hybrid environments
.
Administer and support
VMware
infrastructure.
Implement and manage
cloud security controls
, IAM, network security, and compliance.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
Support cloud migrations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Application teams.
Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
Participate in on-call rotations and production support as required.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with
Microsoft Azure
and
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
.
Experience in
VMware
(vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).
Good knowledge of
Cloud Security
concepts (IAM, NSG, Security Groups, Firewalls).
Experience handling
L2/L3 support activities
.
Understanding of
monitoring, logging, and alerting
tools.
Knowledge of backup, DR, and high-availability architectures.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Good to Have

Azure/AWS certifications.
Experience with hybrid cloud environments.
Exposure to scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
ITIL process knowledge.

Mandatory Criteria

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days only
Face-to-Face interview on 10th January 2026 – Hyderabad
Willingness to work
onsite in Hyderabad
