Responsibilities: Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS, Private Cloud, S3 Storage and Kubernetes. Respond to and resolve support tickets for clients in India and the USA. Work closely with senior engineers to analyze and resolve cloud-related issues. Assist in configuring cloud resources, setting up environments, and optimizing cloud deployments. Document troubleshooting steps, best practices, and client configurations. Stay updated with the latest cloud trends and security best practices. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Basic knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Familiarity with Linux, networking, and system administration. Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly. Excellent communication skills to support clients effectively. Availability to work in shifts to support clients across different time zones (if needed). Bonus Skills (Good to Have): Hands-on experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, and VPCs. Certification in AWS, Azure or technical courses in cloud computing technologies Exposure to DevOps tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Jenkins. Experience with scripting languages like Python or Bash.
