Job Summary:

Technical Lead JAVA

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using
Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture

Provide
technical leadership, mentorship, and best practices
to the Java development team.
Collaborate with architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to define technical solutions.
Drive the adoption of
cloud-native architectures
leveraging AWS / Azure / GCP services.
Ensure high standards of code quality, performance optimization, and application security.
Oversee technical design reviews, code reviews, and unit/integration testing.
Define and implement
CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation frameworks

Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical guidance to resolve them.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to building
practice capabilities in Cloud Amaze
