The Sales Closing Manager is responsible for overseeing the client-to-buyer conversion process, managing negotiations, and assist with property showings and conversion efforts. This role ensures that leads are successfully converted into sales and that clients experience a seamless and satisfying purchase journey. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Client-to-Buyer Conversion:
Oversee and drive the process of converting potential clients into buyers for plotted real estate projects.
Ensure effective follow-up with leads, addressing their needs, and guiding them through the final stages of the purchase process.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
Lead negotiations with potential buyers, addressing objections and finalizing terms to close deals successfully.
Ensure that all terms and conditions of sales agreements are met, working closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts to the sales closing process.
Property Showings & Client Engagement:
Oversee and support property showings, ensuring that potential buyers receive a comprehensive and engaging presentation of the properties.
Address any questions or concerns raised by clients during property viewings to facilitate a positive decision-making process.
Post-Sales Coordination:
Coordinate with post-sales teams to ensure a smooth transition for clients from the sales process to post-purchase services, including property handovers and documentation.
Provide guidance to clients on next steps and ensure a positive post-sales experience. Qualification & Education Requirements
Education Degree(s):
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (required) Masters degree (MBA) (mandatory)
Certifications: Certifications in sales negotiation, real estate, or closing strategies (preferred)
Years of Experience:
5-8 years of experience in real estate sales with a focus on deal closing and client-to-buyer conversion, particularly in plotted projects in Mumbai, Pune, or Maharashtra.
Technical Competencies
Sales Process Management: The ability to design, implement, and optimize the sales process in the real estate sector by managing alliances and partnerships, leveraging sales technology, and maintaining effective sales reporting to enhance efficiency and drive results
Product Selling: The ability to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that drive revenue growth in the real estate sector by conducting market research, analyzing product pricing, forecasting demand and revenue, and managing sales performance to achieve business objectives
Sales Project Management: The ability to effectively manage and execute sales projects in the real estate sector by leveraging in-depth product knowledge, overseeing product lifecycle management, providing pricing support, and ensuring sound sales financial management to achieve business objectives
Lead Generation and Prospecting: The ability to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that drive revenue growth in the real estate sector by conducting market research, analyzing product pricing, forecasting demand and revenue, and managing sales performance to achieve business objectives.
