Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sourcing Manager - Real Estate, located in Noida. The Senior Sourcing Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sourcing and procurement of real estate properties. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and evaluating potential properties, negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves developing and implementing sourcing strategies to optimize costs and meet organizational objectives.
