Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Closing Manager, located in Mumbai. The Closing Manager will be responsible for managing the closing process for real estate transactions, ensuring the smooth completion of funding, and collaborating with sales teams, lenders, and clients. Key tasks include overseeing loan document preparation, coordinating with mortgage lenders, and finalizing all necessary paperwork to complete sales transactions.

Qualifications

Experience with Closings and Funding processes
Sales and Loans knowledge
Familiarity with Mortgage Lending
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple transactions efficiently
Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
