Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Study Associate based in Jaipur. The Clinical Study Associate will be responsible for coordinating clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations, and maintaining all study-related documentation. Daily tasks include liaising with investigators, monitoring study progress, supporting research activities, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and resolving any operational issues. The role demands a proactive approach to ensure the study’s success and quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Communication skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, investigators, sponsors, and healthcare professionals.
• Research and analysis skills: Experience in conducting and supporting clinical trials and observational studies.
• Medical and healthcare knowledge: Understanding of medicine and clinical practices related to healthcare and clinical research.
• Attention to detail and regulatory knowledge: Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with protocols, and adhering to ethical standards.
• Additional qualifications: A degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field. Prior experience in clinical research or healthcare roles is an advantage.
