Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for achieving AOP catheter sales targets in the assigned region through clinical engagement. Additionally, you will identify and support high-potential and underutilized accounts to increase adoption and usage share. Your role will involve generating qualified leads from the existing install base by converting satisfied customers into reference points for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve AOP catheter sales targets in the assigned region through clinical engagement. - Identify and support high-potential and underutilized accounts to increase adoption and usage share. - Generate qualified leads from the existing install base by converting satisfied customers into reference points for the sales team. - Deliver comprehensive clinical training to physicians, technicians, and nursing staff on IVUS/iFR technologies. - Lead internal and external Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities at CEO sites to onboard and develop new customers. - Participate in and lead internal education and learning programs for knowledge enhancement and consistency. - Provide in-case clinical support and technical guidance to ensure optimal product use and procedural outcomes. - Conduct regular clinical roadshows, product demonstrations, and proctoring activities involving expert users. - Monitor and track catheter usage per account to guide utilization strategies and identify training needs. - Collect procedural and outcome-based data to demonstrate clinical value and support product adoption. - Share clinical insights and feedback with internal stakeholders to enhance product performance and customer experience. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a healthcare-related field. - 2-4 years of experience in a clinical, technical, or field support role in the medical device industry. - Prior exposure to interventional cardiology, intravascular imaging, or cath lab environments preferred. - Strong understanding of IVUS and iFR technologies and related applications. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills. - Strong organizational and coordination ability, with a high level of self-motivation.,
