Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Clinical Research Manager. The responsibilities include overseeing clinical trials, planning and executing research protocols, managing clinical operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves leading project management activities, coordinating with teams, and ensuring that studies adhere to timelines and quality standards. The selected candidate will collaborate with healthcare professionals and provide guidance to ensure the success of both local and global clinical research projects.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Protocol development and Research methodologies
• Proficiency in Clinical Operations and Clinical Trials management
• Proven skills in Project Management and coordination
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements
• Experience working with large-scale data and healthcare research projects
• Relevant postgraduate degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or related field
• Prior experience in health-related or medical research fields is a plus
