Clinical Project Manager

As a Clinical Project Manager (PM) with 8 to 15 years of experience, your main duties will include: - Managing one or more projects with a focus on delivering the scope on time, within budget, and with a high-quality outcome. - Supporting Project Managers in their project delivery needs and ensuring that all study deliverables are tracked and study documentation is current. - Meeting client expectations by monitoring project scope, timelines, budget, milestones, issues, and risks for various projects. - Monitoring project financials, budget tracking, and accuracy of invoicing. - Creating and maintaining accurate and current study documentation. - Raising work requests to other departments for tasks to be completed. - Capturing minutes and action items during client and internal status meetings. - Tracking problems/issues and working with Consultants/Others to ensure timely resolution. - Providing proactive communication with all internal and external stakeholders. - Ensuring compliance with the organization's standard project management methodologies and SOPs. Your skills/requirements for this role include: - Basic understanding of clinical research in pharma, device, and/or biotech sectors, as well as Clinical Research SaaS technology. - Demonstrating good verbal/written communication, organizational skills, time management, collaboration, and team-building awareness. - Experience in supporting project teams and meeting project timelines would be advantageous. - Being self-motivated, able to assume responsibility professionally, proficient in using relevant EDC/CDM systems, and having experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Demonstrating computing skills and presentation skills.
