Capgemini Product Owners often operate in a proxy role for the client. They communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap; create and continually refine a backlog and help the team prioritise work that delivers the most value. They continuously explore, innovate and experiment to bring new ideas to the product. They motivate the team to release, inspect and adapt a constant flow of features, ensuring that the product remains usable, valuable and feasible. The Product Owner is responsible for defining the product vision, prioritizing the backlog, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions that enhance clinical development processes. They ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation while optimizing user experience and regulatory compliance. Primary Skills Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Computer Science, or Business Administration Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager are a plus
