Key Responsibilities

• Independently assess patients’ physical conditions, including injury, illness, post-surgical, or chronic conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans using manual therapy, exercise regimes, and advanced therapeutic technologies.
• Manage OPD (Outpatient Department) patients and regularly monitor their recovery and progress.
• Conduct posture assessments and develop plans to correct imbalances, optimize alignment, and improve function.
• Employ AI-powered physiotherapy and digital solutions for remote or home-based consultations when needed.
• Educate patients and their families on relevant exercises, home management, and preventive health strategies.
• Collaborate with fitness trainers, nutrition experts, and other clinicians to coordinate comprehensive care as part of OneRehab24by7’s multi-specialty wellness team.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and clinical documentation.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality at every stage of care.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
• Valid registration with the relevant Physiotherapy Council.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills and expertise in musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative rehabilitation.
• Proficiency with manual therapy and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, empathy, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to both in-person and telehealth environments.

Desirable Qualities

• Experience with AI-powered physiotherapy tools is an advantage.
• Interest in sports, geriatrics, or specialist physiotherapy domains.
• Previous exposure to outpatient management in a modern clinical or fitness setting.

Compensation (Indicative)

• Market-competitive salary (based on experience; similar roles in the region listed at ₹2,00,000–₹4,20,000 per year).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹232,834.74 - ₹520,000.00 per year
