Job Description

Manage and maintain large datasets to support marketing campaigns.
Develop and implement data management processes to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute targeted marketing programs.
Analyze data trends and patterns to inform business decisions.
Design and develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven expertise in marketing programs, data management, or systems operations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate across global teams.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Client-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience using CRM systems, specifically Salesforce CRM.
Knowledge of Private Equity funds and how they work is preferred.
Comfortable with data tools and platforms; CRM, knowledge management, or analytics experience (Salesforce CRM preferred).
