Sukoon Rehab Services will establish itself as a standalone, and cutting edge deaddiction service distinct from Sukoon’s acute psychiatric hospitals.

Built around our proprietary D2R+ (Detox to Relapse-Free) model, the rehab business will combine medical detox, de-addiction care, tech enabled insights, skill-building, and community reintegration to deliver measurable long-term outcomes.

By 2033, we aim to:

• Establish 150 deaddiction beds across 5 centers in India, each purpose-built to provide premium yet accessible care.

• Expand internationally with 150 beds across the GCC region, strategically placed to serve high-need areas.

• Operate under the leadership of Dr. Jatin, leveraging his expertise to set global standards in rehabilitation care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shadow & Implement for One Patient

• Act as the primary coordinator for one selected patient’s entire rehab journey: Detox → Rehabilitation → Reintegration

• Directly deliver therapy (CBT, DBT, relapse-prevention counseling) while also orchestrating multidisciplinary care for ONE patient (psychiatry, OT, art therapy, yoga, vocational training).

• Document every intervention, barrier, and outcome in Sukoon’s EMR to create proof-of-concept protocols.

2. Build Services in Parallel

• Co-develop aftercare program, wearable tracking, learn and serve and longevity upgrades at the facility

• Create SOPs for new service modules: skill-building programs, vocational training, family therapy models, and community reintegration services

• Design frameworks for hyperbaric oxygen therapy, peptide-based recovery protocols, and other evidence-based wellness add-ons where feasible.

3. Training & Knowledge Transfer

• Build training material for future MDT staff using real-time insights from the pilot case.

• Collaborate with Sukoon’s Central Training Institutes (CTIs) to codify the learnings into the Sukoon Psychiatric Care Certificate (SPCC)

4. Outcome Tracking

• Define key metrics (relapse rates, therapy adherence, skill acquisition, family satisfaction).

• Use predictive analytics tools to create early warning systems for relapse

5. Outcome Tracking

• Work closely with clinical heads and operations teams to finalize service design, patient pathways, and cost structures for rollout to the next set of patients.
