Clinical Dietitian

As a Clinical Dietitian at D. S. Research Centre in Guwahati, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing individualized nutrition plans for patients, particularly those with Cancer. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting assessments of patients" dietary needs, by reviewing their medical history, laboratory results, and other relevant information. - Developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans for patients with Cancer. - Providing nutrition education and counseling to patients and their families. - Monitoring patients" progress and making necessary adjustments to their nutrition plans. - Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including other members of the healthcare team. - Participating in different clinic camp awareness activities. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - A Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics - Registered Dietitian (RD) certification. - 1-1.5 years of experience working as a Clinical Dietitian in a healthcare setting. - In-depth knowledge of medical nutrition therapy for patients with chronic illnesses. - The ability to create and implement individualized nutrition plans. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must know Assamese, Bengali, English, and Hindi. - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. - The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
