Job Description – Clinic Operation Manager (COM)📍 Locations: Jaleswar | Nayagarh | Mayurbhanja | Raipur | Dhanbad | Jamshedpur Role OverviewThe Clinic Operation Manager (COM) will be responsible for driving B2C revenue, ensuring smooth clinic operations, and delivering service excellence across all verticals. The role demands strong leadership in team management, revenue accountability, community engagement, and clinic-level P&L ownership. Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue Ownership (B2C)You will be accountable for monthly revenue targets across the following verticals: Pharmacy: Sales, stock management & fulfilment (with support from the Pharmacy Category team). Diagnostics: Bookings, collections & reporting (with support from the Diagnostics Category team). Surgery: Driving referrals, documentation accuracy & conversion (with support from the Surgery Category team). Consultations: Doctor bookings, patient follow-ups & retention. 2. Team Management Senior Clinical Staff: Ensure adherence to clinical protocols & maintain service quality. Clinic Swasthya Mitras (SMs): Lead generation, membership sales & service sales. (Operationally managed by COM, strategically guided by Sandip Sarangi). Marketing Executives (MEs): Drive local marketing, increase footfall & strengthen community awareness (supported by Sriram, led by Rajesh Mishra). 3. Swasthya Mitra Onboarding Identify & onboard local Swasthya Mitras. Coordinate orientation, training & field deployment. Track productivity from Day 1 with support from the central team & Sandip Sarangi. 4. Camp Team CoordinationWork with Camp Team (led by Sujita Mangal) & Circle Heads. Plan & align camp schedules with clinic readiness. Drive post-camp conversions to maximize impact. Core DeliverablesAchieve monthly revenue targets across all clinic verticals. Maintain clinic uptime and ensure team attendance. Drive customer satisfaction & service excellence. Own & manage clinic-level Profit & Loss (P&L). Ensure timely reporting & tech adoption.
