Job Description

As an Area Sales Manager at the Aesthetic Clinic, you will be responsible for managing sales operations within a designated territory with a focus on promoting and selling aesthetic products and services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Meet or exceed sales quotas and objectives within the assigned territory. - Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients and key accounts. - Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing sales, including system delivery and installation. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market opportunities. - Effectively use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to organize prospect lists, customer contacts, sales pipeline, and sales forecasting. - Collaborate with the Practice Development Manager to ensure seamless implementation of products and services. - Provide training and technical support to clients to ensure they are satisfied with the products and services. - Handle administrative tasks such as business plans, expense reports, sales forecasting, and updating account profiles. - Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients, attend trade shows, and participate in internal company meetings. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience as a successful sales manager, preferably in the aesthetic or cosmetic industry. - Strong sales skills and the ability to achieve sales targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Knowledge of CRM software and sales forecasting. - Ability to travel adequately to cover the territory, including overnight stays if necessary. - High integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.
