Job Description

You will be working as a Client Services Manager at FIS, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with FIS Prophet clients in the Insurance or Banking domain. Your main responsibilities will include acting as the primary point of contact for client services, managing client projects and implementations, and fostering relationships with client contacts. Additionally, you will oversee the client loyalty process to ensure client satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support FIS solutions and ensure client needs are met by troubleshooting problems and documenting issues - Develop strong relationships with clients and internal resources to support Prophet Managed Hosted Service - Manage the client relationship and communicate expectations internally and externally - Conduct regular status calls with clients to discuss key service topics and projects - Monitor service level reports to identify trends in SLA misses and take appropriate actions - Handle service level credits in case of contractual penalties and ensure billing accuracy - Coordinate commitment requests, project kickoffs, and billing processes - Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to clients - Participate in the client loyalty process by gathering feedback and developing action plans **Qualifications Required:** - 8-10 years of Clients Services / Relations experience in Insurance or Banking domain - Experience with public cloud infrastructure or third-party cloud providers like AWS or Microsoft Azure - Knowledge of actuarial and IT functions is a plus - Strong communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Proficiency in incident management, severity handling, and executive-level communications - Experience in coordinating change/release activities in hosted/cloud environments **Additional Details:** FIS offers a multifaceted job with a high level of responsibility and various opportunities for professional and personal development.
