Client Support Trainee

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Trainee to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in client relationship management and business development. You’ll play a key role in supporting our client success efforts, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with existing clients via email, phone, and chat to assess satisfaction and explore service opportunities.
• Assist in creating tailored proposals, quotations, and service recommendations based on client needs.
• Follow up on proposals and support the sales team in closing deals.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by analyzing client feedback and usage patterns.
• Collaborate with the Accounts team to ensure accurate invoicing and track pending payments.
• Work closely with service delivery and front-end teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Maintain up-to-date client records, communications, and sales progress in our CRM.
• Support lead nurturing efforts and contribute to pipeline development.
• Learn internal tools and processes to align client expectations with service capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Internship or academic experience in sales support, client services, or account management is a strong advantage.
