Job Title: Client Support Specialist Experience:5.0 Years-9.0 years Location:Chennai JOB DESCRIPTION: Looking for candidate with excellent knowledge of Windows OS and Mac OS. Key skills or knowledge on JAMF, Device enrollment, Azure Auto pilot, O365 troubleshoot, SCCM, Company portal, MDM profiling. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Processing requests per ITIL framework and within defined SLA. Provide remote and on-site support to users experiencing software and hardware problems. Meeting or exceeding predefined KPI and SLA targets. Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware issues, including but not limited to screens, keyboards, batteries, and internal components. Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues. TECHNICAL SKILLS: Proven experience in laptop software and hardware remote troubleshooting. Strong understanding of Windows and Mac laptop operating system, software, components and their functions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key skills or knowledge on JAMF, Device enrolment, Azure Auto pilot, O365 troubleshoot, SCCM, Company portal, MDM profiling. EDUCATION & WORK HISTORY: Minimum qualification: bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3 - 5 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles, with a focus on providing advanced technical support. Deep knowledge and expertise in various IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Candidates with prior experience in a technical, voice-based process will be given priority. COMMUNICATION SKILLS: High proficiency in English grammar, vocabulary and sentence structure. Good business communication skills (e-mail). Candidate should have excellent communication - Strong command of English sentence structure, vocabulary, and grammar. Neutral accent, suitable speech rate, appealing voice, and confident tone. Ability to talk naturally with no need for filler. Call management and effective email communication skills.
