Time: 6:30PM to 3:30AM IST (Evening Shift)

Position Overview:
As a Client Support Executive, you will handle data management, research, reporting, and CRM updates while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. The role requires flexibility to work in day and night shifts, including U.S. time zone shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and maintain accuracy of client and project data.
• Prepare and manage reports using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Assist in drafting and formatting client proposals.
• Maintain and update databases and CRM systems.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in online research and data gathering.
• Good understanding of written English (fluency required).
• Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic experience with CRM tools or data entry.
• Knowledge of the U.S. Insurance Industry (Preferred)

Education & Experience:

• Graduate or undergraduate in any discipline (No technical background required).
• 6–18 months of relevant back-office or client support experience preferred.
• 2 years of total work experience desirable.

Work Schedule:

• Flexible for both day and night shifts.
• Willing to work in U.S. time zone shifts.
