Job Description

You will be required to reside in Navi Mumbai for the role of New Client set-ups of HRMS Software. Your responsibilities will include: - Helping clients with the complete set-up of the HRMS software - Handling client service or support related incoming requests - Responding to and resolving complex client issues through incident recognition, research, isolation, resolution, escalation, and follow-up - Researching and resolving each client interaction to their utmost satisfaction - Resolving incidents and fulfilling client requirements - Capturing client information and problem-solving processes such as decisions made, actions involved, and final resolution - Handling client engagement document control and executing filing system policies - Managing databases and executing reports to track and support implementation and overseeing compliance initiatives - Engaging in continuous performance evaluation and training projects Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience - Qualification in BMS/BBA/MBA/MMS - Client support experience with excellent communication skills The salary offered for this position ranges from 25k to 30k per month, and the work location is in Airoli, Mindspace East.
