What you’ll do

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Monitor project progress and follow up to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships that encourage client loyalty.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and support activity.

What we’re looking for

• Fresh graduates from any stream (all disciplines welcome).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive and empathetic attitude toward client needs.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable with remote collaboration and basic digital tools (email, Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.).
