To make sure that Managed service delivered by Wonderlend Hubs runs smoothly and all the necessary data and system functions required are managed and executed smoothly with zero error rate.







What is the operating background to this role

Wonderlend Hubs (WLH) is a leading channel Management platform provider and has a unique managed service delivery model. As a part of this service, WLH manages its system for clients to maintain the performance Indicators for their staff and partners and calculate and help manage complex payouts, including commissions, Incentives and Rewards for them and attending to the queries raised by different partners. In this role, the executive is supposed to ensure seamless delivery to the client. Additionaly, the executive will also be involved in the Product Management and will be lead/co-lead one of the Product Modules.







What are the specific responsibilities & duties of the role

  • Flawless execution of the Project in-scope deliverables while ensuring premium quality and within the agreed timelines.

  • Budget adherance with a continuous focus on optimization

  • Ensuring SLA adherance of support and Service requests

  • Provide Consulting and Solutioning to the client while ensuring Customer Delight

  • Making sure that Productivity of team keeps getting better

  • Active involvement in the Product Management to ensure that Product remains ahead of the Market . Leading the enhancement and feature addition to one or more modules of the product










JOB SPECIFIC SKILLS

Include practical knowledge within a certain function, industry or area of business/speciality required to competently perform in the role.


  • Microsoft office, Advanced excel

  • Basic SQL skills and had worked on atleast one enterprise Workflow or Rule Engine product

  • Good exposure to ateast one ticketing system

  • Good understanding of Sales & Financial data

  • Good data analysis skills

  • Good Client Management

  • Good Understanding of Cloud computing and Information Security
