Client Servicing & Marketing Communication Executive Exhibitions & Events

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Servicing & Marketing Communication Executive to manage client relationships, oversee project execution, and drive brand communication. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for understanding their needs and ensuring seamless project execution. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts, as well as developing rapport with new clients, will be key aspects of this role. You will collaborate with internal teams such as design, operations, and production to ensure timely delivery of projects. In this role, you will work closely with the design and production teams to ensure alignment with client expectations. Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables will be essential. Additionally, providing post-event analysis and client feedback to enhance future projects will be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in client servicing, marketing communication, or a similar role in exhibitions, events, or experiential marketing. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required for this position. The ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines is crucial. Knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and brand promotion will be beneficial. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools is also necessary.
