Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager in our Berlin, Germany office. The Client Servicing Manager will oversee client projects, build and maintain strong client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality event management services. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, understanding client requirements, resolving concerns efficiently, and driving customer satisfaction. The role also requires effective communication to deliver seamless events and ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Client Services and Client Relations to manage and nurture partnerships effectively
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure high levels of client happiness
• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal abilities to convey information and manage stakeholder interactions
• Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills for resolving client concerns and managing expectations
• Experience in event management and project coordination is highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is an added advantage
