Job Description

We, at Think Tree Media, help brands create meaningful experiences through Digital Marketing, with the use of creative visual design and production. We assist brands in creating lasting online and offline imagery with our team of producers and designers. We are in the business of making Social Media handles captivating and interactive. Our visualisers have an eye for composition, storytelling and visual consistency, which provides a perfect mix to create brand identity for our clientele.

The Client Servicing Lead will play a pivotal role in managing and mentoring a small team while also handling their own set of key clients. This individual will ensure smooth execution of deliverables, high standards of performance, and strong client relationships. The role requires someone with at least 5 years of experience in client servicing within an agency environment and proven experience in managing a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and oversee client servicing team members assigned to key clients.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to monitor performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Support team members in resolving challenges related to client expectations and deliverables.
Client Management
  • Manage and nurture your own set of key clients, ensuring long-term relationships and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee client interactions handled by the team members to ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Monitor the progress of ongoing campaigns, projects, and tasks for assigned key clients.
  • Address escalations from team members and provide timely solutions to maintain client trust.
Collaboration & Coordination
  • Collaborate with internal departments (creative, copy, production, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Strategic Input
  • Participate in internal brainstorming sessions to enhance client strategies and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the team to enhance efficiency and output quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in client servicing, preferably in a creative or digital agency environment.
  • Proven experience in team management and mentoring.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
