Job Title: Client Service Executive – Team Lead (Consultancy Background)
Location: Goregaon East

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Client Service Executive (Team Lead) with strong experience in client relationship management and a consultancy background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of client service professionals, managing end-to-end client engagement, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients while mentoring and guiding the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored consultancy-driven solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and service reviews.
  • Manage client escalations promptly and effectively.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Client Service Executives.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of client deliverables.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide coaching for professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Operational & Strategic Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, operations, finance, HR, etc.) to ensure seamless client service delivery.
  • Analyze client data and feedback to identify service improvement opportunities.
  • Support business growth through upselling and cross-selling of services.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing client service strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and client SLAs.

Educational Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in client servicing, consulting, or account management roles.
  • At least 1–2 years of team management experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in a consulting firm or service-based industry is a must.

  • Team performance and productivity metrics.
  • Service delivery timelines and quality.
  • Revenue growth from existing clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
