Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role in Trivandrum for an Executive Client Servicing position. The Executive Client Servicing role will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing client services, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves handling financial aspects related to client servicing and contributing to the overall client strategy. The executive will act as the bridge between the client and the agency, actively engaging in client interactions and ensuring a smooth client experience.
