Client Servicing Executive

What will your day look like? ● You’ll wake up to emails, voice notes, and a few WIPs that need updates. ● One moment you’ll be decoding a client’s vague “Make it more jazzy,” and the next you’ll be aligning the post team with sharp briefs. ● You’ll attend client meetings — sometimes to pitch, sometimes to listen, always to understand. ● You’ll be that person clients trust — because you bring clarity, consistency, and calm in the chaos. ● You’ll work closely with directors, editors, writers — and sometimes calm them down too! ● And by the end of the week, when a happy client says, “This is exactly what I had in mind,” you’ll know — you made that happen.You’re the one we’re looking for if: ● You have 4–6 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or production coordination (media/video background preferred) ● You can communicate clearly — in emails, over calls, and during meetings ● You’re proactive, organized, and can manage multiple timelines ● You understand or are curious about the video production cycle
