Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Client Relations Specialist. Candidates should have experience of 3+ years in advertising/marketing agency. The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing client services, nurturing client relations, preparing and delivering presentations, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing account management. The role requires working closely with clients to understand and meet their needs while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

• Experience in Client Services and Client Relations
• Proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations
• Strong Customer Service and Account Management skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing skills
• Having work experience from advertising or marketing agency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
• Prior experience in digital solutions or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Offered CTC- 40000/- permonth.
