Description
We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive with experience in a digital marketing agency, with a preference for experience in social media, performance marketing, influencer marketing, or other specialized areas. Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to lead by example. Responsibilities Work with agency principals and clients on execution as well as strategic positioning and planning, including brand repositioning and digital transformation initiatives. Plan and execute digital campaigns along with the agency team on their respective brands, including paid media, content marketing, and influencer collaborations. Oversee and execute requests in the daily running of the accounts. Coordinate with internal teams such as copy, design, media, and more to oversee execution, emphasizing cross-functional collaboration skills. Liaison with billing and invoices between the client and agency, ensuring meticulous attention to detail. Strategize and execute go-to-market plans across the digital ecosystem, which includes strategic analysis, competition, positioning, messaging, tactics, and budget, ensuring a proven track record in launching successful digital campaigns. Participate in pitch presentations and meetings as and when there is a pitch. Actively present ideas to expand service offerings by identifying and proposing new services based on market trends and client needs. Be a team player and mentor a young team of executives, copywriters, and designers, developing and leading training sessions to up-skill junior team members. May include other duties as assigned. Requirements Demonstrate a thorough understanding of clients business and digital marketing, including strategic planning tools and methodologies (e.g., page insights, competitive benchmarking). Strong strategic thinking, consulting skills, and the ability to keep client projects on plan and on budget. Strong, demonstrated understanding of client servicing and team management. Can ace multitasking and is looking for an enriching and challenging role. Should understand the latest trends on social media and their role for the assigned brands, with familiarity with social media analytics. Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines. Should have good presentation skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Should be able to maintain and build professional relationships with clients, vendors, etc.
