Responsibilities This is an exciting role and would entail you to: Dashboard Setup and Customization: Understand team/client needs and requirements. Create interactive dashboards within Talkwalker. Use existing templates and apply minor customizations to develop dashboards within Talkwalker (agency listening platform). Review dashboards with account teams and optimize based on feedback. Ongoing Monitoring: Align with client/agency needs and monitoring protocols. Monitor social/traditional media platforms and online sources to track discussions, trends, and relevant mentions related to our clients and industry. Create weekly coverage/conversation emails (or at other frequencies dictated by protocol), distilling relevant insights and flagging any issues. Analyze social and traditional media to extract critical insights, understand sentiment, and identify emerging themes/trends related to brand, competition, and broader industry. Ad Hoc Listening Projects: Understand client/team needs and requirements. Recommend and refine search queries in alignment with the assignment. Perform, analyze, and interpret queries in one or more agency listening platforms. Produce custom reports that clearly align with the research objective, address key hypotheses, and tell the story of findings. Offer timely ad-hoc analysis and insights on current events or topics pertinent to our clients. You will be working closely with: Global clients and account managers of our Market Research team.
