About the Role:

Client Servicing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and agency teams (creative, strategy, media, production).
• Understand client briefs, objectives, and target audience to guide the internal team accordingly.
• Coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, and approvals to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage day-to-day communication with entertainment clients — including production houses, OTT platforms, celebrities, and studios.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Address client feedback and provide clear direction to the creative and production teams.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and project status updates.
• Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to account growth.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of client servicing/account management experience in an advertising agency or entertainment-focused marketing setup.
• Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms.
• Experience working with brands in film, OTT, celebrity, or event promotions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
