Job Overview

We are hiring a Client Servicing Executive with strong English communication skills to manage and coordinate Zoom meetings between the company and its clients. This role is communication-centric and ideal for candidates who are confident on calls, organized, and comfortable working with corporate clients.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced professionals with client coordination background are both encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule Zoom meetings with company clients
• Communicate meeting details clearly via phone and email
• Act as the communication bridge between internal teams and clients
• Send meeting links, reminders, and follow-ups
• Ensure smooth execution of virtual meetings
• Maintain records of meetings and client interactions
• Handle basic client communication and support queries

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory
• Confident and professional communication on calls
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Polite, client-focused, and well-organized approach
• Basic computer knowledge (Email, Zoom, MS Office)
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
• Experienced candidates in client servicing, coordination, or customer support preferred

Work Hours

• Mon–Fri: 8:50 AM – 5:30 PM
• Sat: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
