We specialize in product launches, seminars, exhibitions, college and corporate promotions, and manpower-driven activities.A dynamic company with a professional approach, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality events and impactful activations.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with strong client servicing and event operations expertise. The ideal candidate will independently manage client requirements, plan and execute events end-to-end, and ensure flawless delivery through effective vendor and on-ground management.Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable event and activation plans.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events and BTL activations from start to finish.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate costs, and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Handle budgeting, timelines, and operational planning for multiple projects.
  • Lead on-ground execution with a hands-on approach, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, pitch decks, and post-event reports.
  • Support business development efforts by pitching ideas and solutions to existing and potential clients.

Skills & Requirements

  • 35 years of experience in client servicing and event operations.
  • Strong knowledge of BTL activations, event planning, and execution.
  • Proven ability to handle clients independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for budgeting and presentations.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
  • Willingness to travel and be on-ground for event execution.
