Job Description

As an experienced Account Manager, your role will involve seamlessly blending creative insight with strategic management. You will be responsible for managing client relationships and contributing creatively to campaigns to ensure innovative and executable ideas. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, you will build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships. Your responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end project delivery, collaborating with creative, design, and strategy teams, contributing to ideation sessions, managing timelines and budgets effectively, monitoring performance metrics, identifying upsell opportunities, and leading and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships. - Oversee end-to-end project delivery across campaigns, digital initiatives, and creative assets. - Collaborate with creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure campaigns meet brand and business objectives. - Contribute fresh creative perspectives to ideation sessions aligned with client goals. - Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure on-time project delivery within scope. - Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights with actionable recommendations to clients. - Identify opportunities for account growth through strategic planning and innovative solutions. - Lead and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence. Qualifications Required: - 6-7 years of proven experience in account management within advertising, creative, or digital agencies. - Strong creative orientation with the ability to evaluate concepts, provide feedback, and think beyond traditional formats. - Solid managerial skills with experience in leading teams and cross-functional collaborations. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Strong analytical mindset with comfort in reading data and shaping insights. - Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
