Role:
  • Manage day to day client relationships
  • The candidate will be the point of contact for our clients
  • The candidate needs to have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to manage client expectations and relationships
  • The candidate needs to be proficient in handling data reconciliation and working on crm's
  • Strong excel skills are a must

Responsibilities

  • Validate daily sales in our in house CRM
  • Liaise with the operations team to ensure data is being shared within agreed timelines
  • Share daily, weekly and monthly sales reports with our clients
  • Reconcile weekly and monthly data shared by our clients and provide internal management reports
  • Manage client partnerships, complaints, pending invoices and queries
  • Manage campaign collaterals
