Client Services Manager

As a Client Services Manager at Cielo, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters to provide exceptional services to clients, ensuring trust and strong relationships are built to achieve talent acquisition partnership goals. Your duties and responsibilities will include: - Leading a high performing team to exceed client expectations and deliver high-quality services. - Setting clear performance standards and goals for the team, assessing progress, and proactively addressing any gaps. - Providing leadership and coaching to your direct reports to foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages collaboration and learning. - Establishing regular communication channels with your team through meetings and touchpoints, while providing in-the-moment feedback. - Developing recruiting metrics and analytics to drive decision-making, including time to fill, cost per hire, and candidate satisfaction surveys. - Partnering with internal teams and client leaders to ensure successful client implementation. - Managing programs, events, and campaigns to build candidate pipelines and drive recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals. - Participating in client meetings to share updates and discuss service delivery gaps with proactive remediation plans. - Leveraging shared delivery resources effectively and maximizing the use of Cielo resources to meet goals. - Driving standardization, continuous improvement, and consistency of processes and procedures within the team. Additionally, you will be leading a team of Recruiters, providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and supporting their professional growth. To qualify for this position, you should have: - Prior experience in a results-oriented talent acquisition role in either talent acquisition or human resources. - Experience in coaching peers or managing a team. - Exposure and knowledge of various recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - A Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (preferred).
