Job Description

Role Overview: As a Client Service Executive, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain client relationships. You will serve as the main point of contact to understand client needs, provide appropriate solutions, and resolve any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely product/service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain client relationships by being the primary point of contact - Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions - Resolve any issues that clients may face in a timely manner - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in client service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a team and coordinate with internal departments Please note that this job is full-time and permanent, with the work location being in person.
