Job Description: As a member of the team, your role will involve various responsibilities to ensure effective client management and successful digital marketing campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include: - Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and ensuring overall satisfaction. - Overseeing digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as SEO, PPC, social media, and performance marketing. - Monitoring campaign metrics, generating reports, and providing valuable insights to enhance campaign performance. - Collaborating with internal teams to develop and refine marketing strategies aligned with client objectives. - Proactively identifying and addressing challenges in campaign execution to optimize performance. - Ensuring timely invoicing and maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions. Qualifications Required: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. - Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics platforms. - Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing campaigns for better results. - Prior experience in performance marketing and conversion tracking would be beneficial.
