Client Service Operator, AVP

Job Description: As a Client Service Operator, AVP at Deutsche Bank in Mumbai, India, you will be responsible for handling various banking operations while ensuring timely processing, reconciliation, and customer service. Your role will involve managing daily clearing processes, mandates, accounting tasks, and training teams on policy changes. You will closely work with stakeholders to ensure audit compliance and successful project closures. Key Responsibilities: - Handle daily CTS inward clearing, RTGS/NEFT processing, and ACH debit/credit files processing promptly. - Ensure timely processing of NACH inward and outward mandates and manage customer requests from multiple channels. - Perform daily reconciliation of office accounts, rectify transactions promptly to prevent discrepancies. - Conduct DSA Accounting for monthly amortization of expenses. - Upload cash collected by the DMU team against EMIs, settlements, and write-off cases in Finacle. - Provide training and guidance to teams on policy and procedure changes. - Take on new bank projects assigned by management and ensure timely closure. - Work closely with stakeholders to coordinate and ensure closure of all audit points. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10 years of related experience in banking and financial services industry. - Graduate with relevant experience in banking and finance. - MBA in finance, preferably CPA or Chartered Accountant, with public accounting and banking industry experience. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to coordinate with various teams for end-to-end tracking and resolution.,
