Pulpkey is a fully remote company. We have a less-meeting, more-deep-work culture - as long as you are on track with your goals, we don't track your time at work during the day. We don’t micromanage. Residents of the NCR region can work from the office in Gurgaon, but it isn't mandatory if you live in any other city.

About the Role

Among your responsibilities are understanding the client's brief, building good rapport with the client side POC and understanding the overall objective, onboarding ideal influencers for campaigns, negotiating the best costs, coordinating with them, and reporting back to the client.

You’ll report to the founder and account director directly. You’ll get all the support you need.

What you will do on a day to day basis

• Day to day client management for one of our retainer client 
• Identification, outreach, and onboarding of creators/influencers according to client's brief
• Research and identify key influencers, creators, and talent management companies for ongoing and scheduled campaigns
• Ensure the influencers understand the client's requirements by using your strong verbal and written communication
• Ensure campaign timelines are met; deliver influencer assets and coordinate logistics if necessary

Ideal candidates for this role would have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Being patient yet smart when it comes to people management
• Negotiation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Being able to understand a brief before getting it done through influencers
• Consume current trends and influencers on Instagram and YouTube
• Min 2-3 year experience of leading client independently
